Is your teen ready to get serious in the gym and needs some guidance?

Help them achieve long-term success with personalized small group training!

Small groups,
1 hour Sessions

Our sessions are in groups of 2-3, perfect for working out with friends or meeting new ones. They will receive personalized attention and structured workouts that will improve their strength, mobility and sport performance.

 

Additionally, extra programming can be provided at no extra charge if they choose to workout outside of group sessions.

Location

Sessions will occur two days a week on Saturdays and Sundays. Limited weekday availability can be arranged if necessary. Located at The Gym in Star, ID. 

 

In addition to The Gym membership, the cost is $125 per hour for the whole group, averaging about $42 per hour per person.

Experienced Coaching

Josh brings over 15 years of experience coaching strength and conditioning for individuals of all ages. In addition to his extensive formal training and thousands of coaching hours, his personal journey as a young man striving to lose weight and build strength, has fueled his passion to provide teenagers with a better and quicker foundation for long-term health and fitness.
