Age Structured Classes
We provide two age group classes: Kids ages 5-10 and Teens ages 11-15.
In the kids class, we focus on body movement and introduce light weight lifting. In the teens class, we challenge them with heavier weights and a strong emphasis on mastering technique. Each session features a structured warm-up, bodyweight skills practice, and a focused workout that keeps active and motivated.

Expert Coaching
Led by coaches with over 15 years of experience, we focus on creating a fun and supportive environment for young athletes to thrive. We believe in setting a good example of having a positive relationship with working out and encouraging every student to progress at their own rate.

Pricing
Tuition is charged on a per-semester basis which lasts for 4 months. The cost is $90 per month for one day a week (15 classes) and $150 per month for two days a week (30 classes). A 10% discount is available for siblings.
